- Cut strawberries to desired size and sprinkle with sufficient
Grand Marnier and icing sugar, leave to macerate and chill
for one hour
- Fold into the mascarpone
- Break up the meringue shells and fold through
- Spoon onto plate to serve or serve in an appropriate
glass
