day recipe:

ingredients
genoese sponge base 4 pc
fruit syrup 75 ml
scoops of ice cream 4 pc
Italian meringue 250 gm
production
- On an oven proof dish place the 4 pieces of sponge
- Sprinkle them with the syrup but not so much as to make
them soggy
- Place a scoop of ice cream onto each sponge base
- Completely cover each piece of the ice cream with the
meringue
- Decorate each Alaska with the rest of the meringue in
a piping bag and a star tube (no ice cream should show)
- Glaze in a hot oven (230°C) until coloured golden
brown or glaze under the salamander or with a blow torch,
serve immediately
