chocolate
sauce
ingredients
water 500 ml
sugar 80 gm
bitter chocolate 150 gm
cocoa powder 30 gm
cream 75 ml

- Boil the water and sugar until it has the consistency
of a thick syrup
- Mix the cocoa powder to a smooth paste with a little
water
- Stir the cocoa into the syrup and add the cream
- Bring the mixture back to the boil, remove from the
heat
- Stir in the chocolate, and allow to cool
