valentine's day recipe:

fondant potato

ingredients

potato - agria 2 pc
chicken stock 500 ml
olive oil 1 tbs
butter 1 tbs

production

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into a tubular shape or cut as required
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep sided pan
  3. Add the potatoes and cook until golden brown all over
  4. Add the chicken stock to half cover the potato
  5. Put into oven (180°C) until cooked, and all the stock has been absorbed (approximately 30 to 40 minutes)

chef notes:

If stock remains when almost cooked, remove from oven and place
on moderate heat to reduce, keep turning potatoes to evenly glaze
them.

A wonderful substitute for roast potatoes.
