fillet steaks (tournados) 4 pc
pate slices 4 pc
button mushrooms (small) 4 pc
Madeira sauce 200 ml <click here>

Pan fry or grill steaks to taste

Place pate slices on a lightly oiled tray, top with the washed mushrooms and lightly grill

Serve the steak topped with the pate slice

Surround with the Madeira sauce
