cocktail with passionfruit

grapefruit
- pink fleshed 2 pc
passionfruit 1 pc
campari 2 tbs
sugar - castor 1 tbs
soup production
- Top and tail grapefruits
- Remove peel and pith
- Segment
- Place segments into a bowl and sprinkle with passionfruit
pulp, campari and sugar
- Allow to marinate in the chiller
- Serve in a martini glass with cinnamon toast

If fresh passionfruit is not available, tinned passionfruit
pulp or
passionfruit ice cream topping can be used.
