valentine's day recipe:

cinnamon toast

ingredients

raisin bread slices sq
butter sq
sugar - castor 50 gm
cinnamon 1 tsp

soup production

  1. Cut raisin bread into 2cm thick slices
  2. Toast both sides
  3. Butter one side and sprinkle liberally with castor sugar mixed with cinnamon
  4. Place under the grill / salamander to glaze
  5. Serve while still hot
