day recipe:

oysters
with lemon
ingredients
oysters
(half shell) 1 doz
lemon 2 pc
olive oil 200 ml
spring onion 1 pc
production
- Remove the zest (leaving the white pith on the lemon)
from one of the lemons and cut into thin strips
- Place into the oil, gently warm
- Remove from heat, add the spring onion cut into fine
strips and allow to infuse
- Stack 6 oysters onto the centre of each plate
- Drizzle with the oil
- Garnish with lemon wedges and the strips of zest and
onion
