valentine's day recipe:

oysters with lemon

ingredients

oysters (half shell) 1 doz
lemon 2 pc
olive oil 200 ml
spring onion 1 pc

production

  1. Remove the zest (leaving the white pith on the lemon) from one of the lemons and cut into thin strips
  2. Place into the oil, gently warm
  3. Remove from heat, add the spring onion cut into fine strips and allow to infuse
  4. Stack 6 oysters onto the centre of each plate
  5. Drizzle with the oil
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and the strips of zest and onion
