valentine's day recipe:

stuffed Thai mussels

ingredients

minced pork 500 gms
thai red curry paste 8 tsp
cornflour 5 tsp
fish sauce 8 tsp
palm sugar 3 tsp
egg whites 3 pc
lime 1 pc
spring onions 5 tbs
red chillies sq
fresh coriander leaves sq

production

  1. Combine all ingredients except chillies and fresh coriander
  2. Spread a tsp of mixture over half shell mussels
  3. Place shreds of chilli and coriander leaves on each
  4. Steam until cooked
