bruschetta

ingredients

ciabatta loaf 1 pc
olive oil 200 ml
garlic clove - large 1 pc
sea salt sq

  1. Slice ciabatta bread into slices
  2. Lightly toast
  3. Sprinkle with a good olive oil
  4. Cut garlic clove in half and rub over the toasted bread
  5. Sprinkle wit salt
  6. Serve while warm

chef notes:

To this basic recipe many toppings can be added, such as:

  • chopped tomatoes and onions
  • sliced mozzarella and basil leaves
  • parma ham
