valentine's day recipe:

chorizo & chilli poppers

ingredients

chorizo sausage 3 pc
chilli 1 pc
spring onion 1 pc
onion - chopped 1 tbs
cream cheese 2 tbs
breadcrumbs 1 tbs
cheese pastry sq

production

  1. Remove skins from sausages and finely chop
  2. Cook in a little oil or butter with chopped chilli, spring onion and onion
  3. Fry gently until all ingredients are cooked
  4. Drain
  5. Bind with the cream cheese and breadcrumbs to a firm paste (more breadcrumbs may be required)
  6. Roll into 1cm balls
  7. Wrap in the cheese pastry and deep fry or bake (200°C) until golden brown
  8. Serve with a chilli sauce and sour cream
