& chilli poppers
ingredients
chorizo
sausage 3 pc
chilli 1 pc
spring onion 1 pc
onion - chopped 1 tbs
cream cheese 2 tbs
breadcrumbs 1 tbs

- Remove skins from sausages and finely chop
- Cook in a little oil or butter with chopped chilli,
spring onion and onion
- Fry gently until all ingredients are cooked
- Drain
- Bind with the cream cheese and breadcrumbs to a firm
paste (more breadcrumbs may be required)
- Roll into 1cm balls
- Wrap in the cheese pastry and deep fry or bake (200°C)
until golden brown
- Serve with a chilli sauce and sour cream
