st
patrick's day:

Cead
míle fáilte! Conas tá tú?
St patrick's day celebrated for some reason by Irish and
non-Irish alike all around the world. Whether you are Irish
or not, for some reason people love to get into the spirit
of things and eat, drink and dress Irish.
St Patrick lived circa 387 - 493, and was a missionary and
in fact is only one of three patron saints of Ireland. He
is probably most famous for the legend of ridding Ireland
of snakes, Ireland and my adopted home, New Zealand being
two of the few country's that are snake free.
Whether you are Irish or not, I am sure you will love trying
these recipes and enjoying the food that the Irish do on a
day to day basis. Potatoes of course being a staple and a
must.
