easy peasy pea soup with franks

ingredients

mushy peas - canned
chicken stock
cream
frankfurters

  1. Open cans and place peas into a saucepan wit the stock and cream
  2. Stir to combine and over a gentle heat bring to a simmer
  3. Slice the frankfurters and add to the soup
  4. Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
  5. Taste, season and serve

chef notes:

Soup doesn't come any easier than this, it is also a quick and
nutritious meal, especially if served with a nice bread, or slices of cheese on toast or a toasted sandwich.
