- Open cans and place peas into a saucepan wit the stock
and cream
- Stir to combine and over a gentle heat bring to a simmer
- Slice the frankfurters and add to the soup
- Simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
- Taste, season and serve

Soup doesn't come any easier than this, it is also a
quick and
nutritious meal, especially if served with a nice bread,
or slices of cheese on toast or a toasted sandwich.
