asian chicken noodle soup

ingredients

left over cooked chicken
butter
onion
garlic
ginger
thai sweet chill sauce
instant noodles
chicken stock

  1. Shred the chicken into small pieces or strips
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat
  3. Add the sliced onion, garlic and thin strips of ginger and cook until soft
  4. Add the chilli sauce, noodles, chicken and the stock simmer for 5 minutes until noodles are cooked
  5. Taste, season and serve
