- Shred the chicken into small pieces or strips
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat
- Add the sliced onion and garlic and cook until soft
- Add the noodles, chicken and the stock simmer for 5
minutes until noodles are cooked
- Taste, season and serve
