- Shred the chicken into small pieces or strips
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat
- Add the sliced onion and cook until soft
- Add the four and stir to combine, cook gently for 2
minutes
- Add the sweetcorn and chicken, the stock and cream and
simmer for 5 minutes until thickened
- Taste, season and serve
