- Warm butter in a large saucepan
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the
butter, cook gently until it changes colour and turns
white on the outside
- Add the soup, the cream, the cooked broccoli and 1 cup
of cheese
- Simmer on stove for approximately 20 minutes, add the
remaining half a can of soup if preferred
- Pour into a casserole or pie dish
- Cover with the mashed potato and sprinkle with the remaining
cheese
- Bake at 170°C for one hour
- Continue cooking until cooked, approximately another
1 hour on the stove or another 1 in the oven

Use more cheese if you like it really cheesy.
