  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a pastry is formed

chef notes:

This extremely delicate pastry is used to encase items such as
olives, caperberries etc for tapas.

Also wonderful as a quiche base.

Once used to encase items or line a flan case, it is best placed in
freezer to harden prior to cooking.

Rolled into a sausage shape and cut thinly (3mm) and baked at 180°C
for approximately 5 minutes, they make great cheese biscuits.
