- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse
until a pastry is formed
- Roll into a sausage shape
- Chill until hardened
- Cut thinly (3mm) and place onto a lightly greased baking
tray or silicon mat
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 5 minutes

Serve as stand alone biscuits or
- made
bite sized and topped with your favourite foods for
snacks, finger food for cocktail parties, etc
- made
larger and topped with poached eggs, smoked salmon and
hollanadaise
- used
as an accompliments to the likes of a Caesar salad for
brunch
