- Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat
- Add the sugar and juice
- Simmer while stirring until it evaporates and reduces
to a sticky consistency
- Peel bananas and cut in half
- Place into the sauce, spoon over the sauce and warm
through for 2 to 3 minutes
- Serve with ice cream or mascarpone
