day:
 The
American celebration of the signing of the Declaration of
Independence in 1776, making the USA independent from the
UK.
It is a national holiday that is normally celebrated by big
parades, fireworks and firing up the barbeque.
While I have included recipes and ideas suitable for the
bbq, most of the recipes this month, reflect Americana. 50
dishes (to represent the 50 states) that to me, scream USA,
dishes that remind me of my time working in the USA. Plus
tongue in cheek recipes for a tea sorbet and tea cakes, just
in case you want t have your own tea party.
