mascarpone sorbet

ingredients

mascarpone 500 gm
simple syrup 500 ml
lime juice 50 ml

  1. Combine the mascarpone and simple sugar with a whisk
  2. Place in an ice cream machine until almost frozen
  3. Add the lime juice to taste
  4. Complete the freezing process
  5. Use the day it is made
