skimmed milk 500 ml
water 250 ml
sugar - light brown 125 gm
dark chocolate 250 gm
cocoa 50 gm
production
- Combine all ingredients
- Place over a medium heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes
to melt chocolate and infuse all flavours
- Remove vanilla bean and scrape seeds into milk
- Allow to cool
- Place into ice cream machine
- Churn until frozen
