desserts - cold recipe:

indian kulfi ice cream

ingredients

evaporated milk 500 ml
cardamom pods - green 4 pc
almonds - ground ½ cup
cornflour 1 tbs

production

  1. Combine milk and cardamom, heat gently to infuse flavours
  2. Remove cardamoms
  3. Add almonds and thicken slightly with a cornflour slurry
  4. Place into ice cream machine
  5. Traditionally served as a flay peaked, round pyramid shape
