cornflour 1 tbs

- Combine milk and cardamom, heat gently to infuse flavours
- Remove cardamoms
- Add almonds and thicken slightly with a cornflour slurry
- Place into ice cream machine
- Traditionally served as a flay peaked, round pyramid
