desserts - cold recipe:

baked cheese cake

ingredients

egg yolks 3 pc
castor sugar 5 tbs
cream cheese 350 gm
lemon zest 1 pc
orange zest 1 pc
candied mixed peel 2 tbs
flour 4 tbs
salt sq
egg whites 3 pc
tart base (baked blind) 1 pc

production

  1. Beat together the yolks and the sugar until white
  2. Mix in the cream cheese
  3. Stir in the zest and the candied mixed peel
  4. Sieve the flour and stir into the mixture with the salt
  5. Beat the egg whites to the soft snow stage and fold them into the mixture
  6. Pour into the blind baked tart base and bake in the oven 200°C for 30 minutes
