desserts - cold recipe:

shortbread biscuit #01

ingredients

butter 250 gms
custard powder 125 gms
icing sugar 125 gms
flour 250 gms

production

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar
  2. Add custard powder
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Knead lightly
  5. Shape, mould or cut
  6. Place on cold baking tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  7. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 - 20 minutes
