desserts - cold recipe:

peanut brownies

ingredients

butter 100 gm
sugar 200 gm
plain flour 180 gm
egg 1 pc
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 2 tbs
peanuts 120 gm

production

  1. Cream the butter and the sugar until almost white
  2. Gradually add the beaten egg
  3. Mix in the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and peanuts
  4. Roll into balls approximately 2 cm in diameter
  5. Bake at 180°C for 20 - 30 minutes cool and serve
