ingredients
oatmeal
720 gm
flour 200 gm
salt 3 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
castor sugar 4 tbs
butter 260 gm
milk 400 ml
production
- Place all dry ingredients and butter in a robot coupe
and pulse until combined
- Add the milk and mix for 2 - 3 minutes
- Remove and roll out on lightly bench to 2mm thickness
- Cut as required
- Place on lightly buttered and floured trays
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes

These are very brittle in texture and need to be handled
with care
once cooked.
