- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Rub in the butter
- Mix in a sufficient quantity of milk to bind the mixture
- Allow the dough to rest in the fridge
- Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and dock to
prevent air pockets forming underneath during baking
- Cut to the required size using a round cutter and place
onto a baking sheet lined with silicone paper or a silicone
mat
- Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for approx 15 minutes
