- Whisk the egg whites until the soft peak stage has been
reached
- Continue whisking while adding the sugar
- Fold in the coconut and the sifted flour alternately
- With a piping bag and plain tube, pipe out the cookies
onto a baking sheet lined with silicone paper or a silicone
mat
- Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for approx 15 minutes
