desserts - cold recipe:

coconut biscuit

ingredients

egg whites 125 ml
castor sugar 250 gm
desiccated coconut 250 gm
plain flour 30 gm

production

  1. Whisk the egg whites until the soft peak stage has been reached
  2. Continue whisking while adding the sugar
  3. Fold in the coconut and the sifted flour alternately
  4. With a piping bag and plain tube, pipe out the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with silicone paper or a silicone mat
  5. Bake in a moderate oven 180°C for approx 15 minutes
