desserts - cold recipe:

chocolate chip and peanut biscuit

ingredients

flour 2 cup
baking soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
butter 250 gm
brown sugar 1 cup
castor sugar 1 cup
eggs 2 pc
peanut butter 1 cup
rolled oats 2 cup
chocolate chips sq

production

  1. Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda together twice and set aside
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together with a wooden spoon/spatula until soft and creamy
  3. Lightly beat the eggs together and gradually beat in to the butter mixture
  4. Beat in the peanut butter
  5. Add the rolled oats and combine well
  6. Add the sieved flour mix and combine well
  7. Add the chocolate chips and combine well
  8. Place large spoonfuls onto a lightly greased and floured baking tray
  9. Bake at 180oC for 12 - 15 minutes until cooked (reduce by 10°C - 20°C for a convection oven)
  10. Remove from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack
