ingredients
flour
2 cup
baking soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
butter 250 gm
brown sugar 1 cup
castor sugar 1 cup
eggs 2 pc
peanut butter 1 cup
rolled oats 2 cup
chocolate chips sq
production
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda
together twice and set aside
- Beat the butter and sugars together with a wooden spoon/spatula
until soft and creamy
- Lightly beat the eggs together and gradually beat in
to the butter mixture
- Beat in the peanut butter
- Add the rolled oats and combine well
- Add the sieved flour mix and combine well
- Add the chocolate chips and combine well
- Place large spoonfuls onto a lightly greased and floured
baking tray
- Bake at 180oC for 12 - 15 minutes until cooked (reduce
by 10°C - 20°C for a convection oven)
- Remove from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack
