apple juice 1 ½ cups

onion (chopped) 1 pc
yellow mustard seeds 1 tbs
grd ginger 1 tsp
cider vinegar 1/3 cup
dry sherry 1/3 cup
brown sugar ¼ cup
production
- Peel and core the apples, cut into pieces
- Combine the apples with the figs
- Sweat onions, mustard seeds and ginger
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer
until slightly thickened
- Remove from heat and place into preserving jars
